Hi everyone! As a certified physiotherapist, I'm fascinated by the human body and everything that comes with it. From anatomy and physiology to movement and mobility, as well as basic nutrition. I love sharing the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle and make it accessible to everyone. I’m excited to share knowledge and inspire curiosity!
